1. Scope
This policy explains how juliusai.lol collects, uses, and protects information when you visit the site, sign in with Google, or use the workspace. Julius AI is an independent service and is not affiliated with Julius AI, Caesar Labs, or their products.
2. Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive the account identifier, name, email address, and profile image that Google shares with the application. We also store authentication sessions and basic account preferences.
When you use the product, we store the prompts, messages, files, and outputs you choose to save or share in your workspace so the service can return them to you.
We collect limited technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, referral parameters, and usage events needed to operate and secure the service.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the workspace, authenticate accounts, process subscriptions, deliver requested outputs, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and communicate about the service.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private workspace content to train public models.
4. Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Payment card details are entered on Stripe-hosted checkout and are not stored on our servers. We receive status information such as the plan, billing interval, customer identifier, invoice status, and the email address used at checkout.
5. Workspace files and AI outputs
Files and outputs are associated with your account. You are responsible for having the right to upload or process the content you provide. You can delete saved items from your workspace, subject to normal backup and fraud-prevention retention.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms and sessions. If analytics are enabled, we use aggregated page and event data to understand how the site is used. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser without losing access to public pages.
7. Sharing and service providers
We share information with service providers that host infrastructure, process payments, send email, provide analytics, or protect the service. They receive only the information needed to perform their work and are expected to protect it.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.
8. Security and retention
We use encrypted connections, access controls, and managed infrastructure to protect data. No internet service is perfectly secure, but we work to limit access and retain information only for as long as it is needed for the service, legal obligations, or security.
9. Your choices
You can update your profile from account settings, manage billing through the Billing page, and sign out at any time. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information by emailing support@juliusai.lol. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Where local law provides a right to opt out of sale or sharing, we do not sell personal information as those terms are commonly defined. You can still contact us with any privacy question or objection.

10. Children
The service is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age required to consent to online services in their jurisdiction. If we learn that a child has created an account without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
11. International processing
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on contractual and legal safeguards for international transfers.
